I notice that if you have problems installing the first time, and try to reinstall using an existing DNADB database, you get the following error:
Error:User, group, or role 'aspnet_Membership_BasicAccess' already exists in the current database.
My only solution was to delete the DNADB and start again with a new database, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an option to "Select an exists database"
