SQL 2008 Connection String

  I seem to be running into a problem trying to get this to use SQL2008R2 What should I be using as a connection string in the web config? This is my current text: I get an error saying "The underlying provider failed on Open. " The code tag doesn't seem to work, so i posted it here: http://pastebin.com/HSeVRbwR

  Just a quick note.. Awesome decision to use SQLServerCE and clean up the Connections.
